We’ve simplified the Aftercare registration process with a new online system, making it faster and more convenient for families. To get started, click here: Aftercare Registration, complete the form, and sign electronically. Be sure to fill out all sections, including your preferred Aftercare option.
Program Details:

Hours: From school dismissal until 6:00 PM

Registration Fee: $25 (covers both Aftercare options)
Payment Options:

Regular Monthly Aftercare: $185/month

Drop-In Aftercare: $30/day
Payment Information:

Monthly tuition is due by the 25th of the month prior to service

A $25 late fee applies after the 5th of the month
Discounts Available:

15% off for siblings enrolled in two paid tuition programs
-
15% off for military and first responder families
-
20% off for full-year tuition paid in advance (must be paid before the first day of school)
Please Note: We are now a cashless campus. All payments must be made through the School Store. You will need your student’s 562# to access the store. If you don’t have it or have any questions, please contact Mrs. Tavarez at tavarez.nelia@somersetacademybethany.org.
