Safety Patrol Program
Welcome to Our School’s Safety Patrol Program!
Our Safety Patrol Program is designed to promote leadership, responsibility, and school safety. This opportunity allows students to develop teamwork skills while helping ensure a safe environment for their peers.
Eligibility Requirements

Open to 4th and 5th grade students.
-
Must not be on behavioral probation.
-
Must maintain a "C" or higher in all classes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Safety Patrol members assist with:

Morning and afternoon school safety (arrival and dismissal duties).

Hallway and common area monitoring.
-
Setting a positive example for other students.
-
Assisting staff with safety-related tasks as needed.
Training & Expectations
-
5th grade students will begin training and be assigned a post this school year.
-
4th grade students may also participate in training but will not be assigned a post until next school year.

Students are expected to be punctual, responsible, and respectful while performing their duties.
- Safety Patrol members will also serve as role models for younger students by demonstrating responsibility, respect, and leadership in their daily actions.

Parent & Community Involvement
We encourage parents to support their child’s participation in the Safety Patrol Program. This experience helps students build confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills that will benefit them throughout their education.
